Refund Policy

We want to be upfront about refunds. Here's the deal.
When You Can Get a Refund
- Before submission: If we haven't started processing your details, you can request a full refund of our service fee.
- Duplicate payment: If you were charged twice by mistake, we'll refund the duplicate charge immediately.
- Service not delivered: If we fail to provide the service as described, you're entitled to a refund.
When Refunds Are Not Available
- After submission: Once your details have been forwarded to the UK authorities, the government fee portion cannot be refunded as it has already been paid to the authorities.
- ETA declined: If your ETA is not approved by the UK authorities, our service fee is non-refundable as we have already provided our document review and submission service.
- Incorrect info from you: If your submission was based on incorrect information that you provided, we cannot offer a refund.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at [email protected] with your reference number and the reason for your request. We'll review it and get back to you within 24 hours.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-10 working days, depending on your bank or card provider.
